I check out the RAAM website along with my Uncle’s Team’s Blog site several times a day for updates. I just looked at it and was very sad to see that Bob Breedlove passed away during the race today. You can read about it here. This is so sad and scary. He was a solo rider. He was 53, same age as my uncle who’s in the race. They believe he collapsed and swerved into a truck head on.
On a happier note, let’s continue to root on my uncle and his partner in their quest. No one realizes how RAAM is such a grooling task and I just pray they finish without harm.
